Strength and Conditioning Classes offered target specific weaknesses and needs of our athletes.

Speed and Agility Class 

The speed and agility class enforces proper mechanics then moving to competitive cone drills to give the athletes the edge needed to compete.

 Core and Mobility Class

Most sports played are rotational sports, an athlete with a stronger rotational core will have a stronger swing or shot and reduces the risk of injury.

Mobility is important in sport performance as it allows for better recovery, reduced risk of injury, and the potential to get stronger.

Small Group Strength Training – Classes offered this summer 2022:

Multiple stations – strength – balance – coordination, flexibility

Classes start July 12th – August 11th

Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursdays   2:00-3:00

STAT Test for Throwing Athletes
S.T.A.T. represents the following:
⦁ Screening for Weak Links
⦁ Testing for Point in Time Capacity
⦁ Assessing for Efficiency of Movement, Strength, and Flexibility
⦁ Training for Efficient Movement, Muscle Balance, Velocity, and Neuro-Muscular Speed Thresholds

This is an age specific process that will highlight strengths and weaknesses of the athlete and will provide specific training and exercises focused on maintaining long term health.
Each player will receive a comprehensive report along with videos that describe the exercises needed to address weak links. (Baseball pitchers will also get a guideline for recommended individual pitch counts to prevent potential injury)
