  • Programs that are designed for beginners to those adults continuing to compete in various athletic contests.   
  • Programs include but are not limited to fat burning, body sculpting, strength building and overall fitness.
  • Programs include balance and coordination, core development, flexibility, muscular development and toning.   

Langston has trained thousands of individuals from all walks of life, ability and ages; they have all realized the benefits and  achieved both physical and mental growth through his customized and monitored programs.
